She has served as the lead designer for prestigious brands such as TRIMONTI, COLLETTO BIANCO, DAVE RABALL, and ALLAN NEUMANN, where she developed and managed both men’s and women’s collections to critical acclaim. Currently, Nadia is the Art Director and designer for the demi-couture brand MONOLOGUE, where she brings her visionary approach to high-end, bespoke fashion.

  • Men’s Collection Development: Nadia led the concept creation and management of various menswear lines, analyzing sales data to refine collections, selecting fabrics, and overseeing the entire design process. From concept to production, she ensured each collection was meticulously curated, including fittings, task management for designers, and final presentations with photography and catalog creation.

  • Women’s Prêt-à-Porter Collections: Nadia developed and presented women’s prêt-à-porter collections at CPM Moscow twice yearly, staying at the forefront of fashion trends by attending major international exhibitions like Premier Vision Paris, Tex World, and Who’s Next Prêt-à-Porter Paris.

  • Capsule Collection Design: Nadia managed the end-to-end creation of capsule collections, involving concept development, trend analysis, fabric sourcing, technical documentation, and fitting controls. She worked closely with global suppliers to ensure quality and promoted her work within the department, ultimately shaping a consistent brand narrative.
